Check before installation

Check that the components are complete and not damaged. Any damaged or defective parts must be replaced before use;

1. Whether the battery level is sufficient;
2. Whether the filter tank is effective;
3. Whether the full face mask is intact without aging deformation; 4. The pipes and hoses should be free of cracks and breaks;
5. Whether the main body of the fan is intact and airtight;
6. Whether the strap and waist belt are complete and not damaged;

Note: If the component is damaged, replace it.


Installation method
1. Rotate the hose to the fan's air outlet clockwise and tighten, and pass the other end of the hose through the fixing buckle on the strap;
2. Rotate the two filter tanks clockwise to the air inlet and tighten them;
3. Put the battery into the battery compartment "note that the suction end is down" and insert the connection cable into the fan power input interface;

Warning: Two filter tanks must be installed at the same time as the fan inlet to ensure that the filter tanks are correctly and securely docked.


Test before use

1. Overall air-tightness test: Wear a mask, cover the two air inlets with both hands with the hands open, and then inhale deeply. Repeat the above steps after you breathe comfortably after releasing your hands. Under normal air-tight conditions, it is impossible to inhale when the two air inlets are blocked. If you can inhale after covering the two air inlets, the overall air tightness is poor. Step by step inspection and replacement of non-conforming parts;

Wearing steps

4. Rotate the mask and the hose clockwise to tighten, this hose cannot be squeezed, otherwise it will affect the gas transmission effect and increase the suction resistance;
5.Wear the mask tightly to the face, and tighten the mask fixing strap;
6. After adjusting the air volume and rotating until the air supply volume reaches a smooth breathing, it can be entered into the work site under the supervision of a person after inspection.
