Introduction

ICARELIFE Y-1000/2000 is a mobile solution for air purification. With its high performance filtration, it is excellent for air decontamination in hospital risk areas. This solution does not need any installation work to meet the requirements regarding air treatment of risk areas in hospitals. Instantly operational, ICARELIFE can reach performances demanded by ISO 6 and ISO 7 areas (NF EN ISO 14644-1)

ICARELIFE Y-1000/2000 helps fight Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) and has bactericide, fungicide and virucide actions on living particles such as Aspergillus Niger, thanks to the combined actions of HEPA filtration (up to H14, that is, a filtering capacity of 99.995% MPPS on the particles with sizes >0.3μ in accordance with EN 1822 standard)

As the result of working in partnership with our clients, ICARELIFE was developed taking into account remarks of hospital staff - both users and hygienist medical teams.

The result is a compact, mobile and silent unit that offers an immediate solution for achieving the bacteriological and particle classification.

HEPA PRE-FILTERING SYTEM

H14 efficiency according to EN1822 by the action of a very low pressure drop polypropylene filter. Retention is > 99.995% MPPS on the particles with sizes >0.3μ. It will act as a barrier to viruses, which, when transported by larger particles will be filtered.

EASY INSTALLATION

Four wheels in thermoplastic rubber with precision ball bearings. The wheels have a 360 °rotation and both rear wheels are lockable.

Technical Description

Brief Introduction

Laminar flow air disinfector is mainly made of medium efficiency filter, fan, UV lamp and HEPA filter. Under the work of fan, room air will go through UV disinfecting zone and HEPA filter, then air becomes clean.

Working Principle

1. UV lamps + HEPA filter

2. UV light could penetrate virus cell and destroy its protein structure. Then, virus die and air gets disinfected.

3. Class H13 HEPA filter can remove particles (≥0.3um) and micro-bacterium off effectively. Thus, air gets purified.

Usage

1. Natural bacterium killing rate can be 90% or more after machine running 60min in 150m³ space.

2. Suspended particles (≥0.5um) concentration in air can be or less 352000pc /m³ after machine running 60 min in 150m³ space. And for particles (≥5um), can be 2930pc /m³or less. According to National Regulations GB 50333-2013, laminar flow air disinfector can make room 10000 level clean.
