Can you supply a single OR, or only multi-theater projects?+

Both. We supply single-theater refurbishments through to multi-OR surgical complexes. The engineering process is the same; pricing scales with scope, and multi-room projects benefit from shared logistics and supervision costs.

How does modular compare with traditional construction on cost and time?+

Modular systems typically compress on-site time significantly because panels, doors, and ceilings arrive factory-finished and dimensioned to each other. Lifecycle cost also improves: demountable panels allow repair or reconfiguration without demolition. We can provide a comparison matrix against your traditional-build estimate.

Which air cleanliness classes can you deliver?+

We engineer to ISO 14644 Class 5 through 7 depending on the theater type — from ultraclean orthopedic and transplant theaters to general surgery — with laminar ceiling sizing and HVAC design matched to the target class.

Do you install on site?+

Standard scope includes detailed installation guides and remote supervision for your local team. On-site supervisor deployment can be added to the contract depending on project location and scale.

Can you match a specification written around a European brand?+

In most cases, yes. Send us the tender specification — we respond with a clause-by-clause compliance statement identifying full compliance, equivalent compliance, and any deviations, so you can submit with confidence.
